Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Bird & Elephant website, applying for our Tester Cohort, or supporting the movement as a Founding Member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Membership contributions (Bird, Elephant, and Angel tiers) are processed securely through Stripe. These contributions directly support pre-production patterning, anatomical sizing model fit-tests, and physical showroom sourcing. Each tier grants specific rewards (e.g. permanent Founder ID, lifetime brand discount, or showroom invitations) as detailed on our homepage.

Applying for our Fit-Tester Cohort is completely voluntary. The body measurements provided during the application process are strictly used for pattern engineering and sizing profiling. Becoming a tester does not constitute employment, and participation carries no financial compensation.

We have retired traditional mechanical grading (like standard 4XL, 5XL, 6XL) in favor of our bespoke Bird (XB–XXXB) and Elephant (XE–XXXE) anatomical silhouettes. Sizing recommendations are based on fit-model data and represent our commitment to true inclusive patterning.
