We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you apply for our Tester Cohort or join our Founding Memberships. This information includes:

• Contact details (such as your name and e-mail address).
• Anatomical dimensions (such as your height, weight, waist, chest, arm, and leg measurements for fit-testing profile creation).
• Your billing information for payments, which is processed securely and directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and is never stored on our servers.

Your contact information is strictly used to communicate with you about your application, coordinate fit-testing cohorts, and deliver membership benefits. The body measurements you submit are utilized exclusively by our design and pattern engineering teams to build our custom Bird & Elephant sizing blocks.

All credit card transactions are handled directly through Stripe's secure infrastructure. Stripe's privacy policy governs the processing of your payment details. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or billing addresses on our own systems.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal details from unauthorized access. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by administrators and engineers directly involved in product design and community outreach.
