Bird & Elephant was born from a simple frustration: why does being plus-size mean paying more for lower quality, uninspired designs? We looked at the retail landscape and saw systemic gaps—not just in the cuts of clothing, but in the internal engineering of beds, seating, and everyday items.
Our answer is to build a modern retail brand from the ground up, designed intentionally for plus-size comfort, and offered at fair, transparent prices. We are bypassing the clinical, medical-grade approach and the cheap fast-fashion alternatives, focusing instead on high-end boutique quality.

Flat Pricing Integrity
Zero size markups. We believe that size extension should not carry a premium cost. Every size—from Small to 8XL (XXXB / XXXE)—is produced and offered at the exact same price.
Bespoke Fit Blueprinting
Standard industry measurements (4XL, 5XL, 6XL) are fundamentally insufficient because they merely scale up Small patterns mechanically, failing curvier body types. We rebuild structural seams, darts, and drapes from scratch for true, custom dimensions.
Built for Longevity
No squeaks, no sagging. Our home collections utilize steel joints, thick wood supports, and dense foam layers engineered for robust load tolerances.

The 500+ Tester Cohort
Standard, cookie-cutter sizing templates fail curvier bodies because they ignore diverse proportions. We fit-test every pattern on over 500 diverse volunteers, replacing standard sizing with our bespoke XB–XXXB and XE–XXXE profiles.
A Rallied Community
